QR code photo sharing for events: how it works and how to set it up

A QR code on the table lets guests add photos from their phone with no app. Here is how to set it up well.

How it works

You create a private album and get a QR code that links to the guest upload page. Guests scan it with their phone camera, choose photos and upload. There is nothing to install.

Where to put the code

Put it where people wait or sit: the entrance, each table, the program or the closing slide. Add a short line such as 'Scan to add your photos'.

Include a link too

Some guests will not scan a code, so also share the link in the group chat or invitation.

After the event

Download all the originals in one zip and share the best ones.
